I am proud to say that my family have farmed this land at Balsall Street for over 90 years. My wife (Jayne) and I diversified into selling free range eggs in 1990’s. Since then, as the family has grown, they too have become a part of the business.
Now with the opening of the farm shop both our sons (Rob and Chris) help with the day to day running, whilst Leanne manages our café with able assistance from Sophie.
For us, this venture is all about supporting the local community and we’re delighted that our talented baker and cook, and our knowledgeable butcher are part of the team.
Our cook lovingly bakes cakes, scones, flapjacks and tiffins on a daily basis and their ‘culinary delights’ really do need to be tasted to be fully appreciated.
