Our cook Lindsey thrives on baking the perfect cake. Using the Oakes free range eggs (naturally) and the ingredients sold in the shop, she creates culinary delights including traditional light and fluffy Victoria Sponge, unctuous silky chocolate fudge, and zesty zingy lemon drizzle cakes.
