Our butchery sells a wide selection of locally reared produce, all freshly delivered and prepared by our in house butcher. Our sausages are handmade using a traditional but carefully guarded family recipe.
Cooking a ‘fry up,’ then why not partner these with some bacon (cured in house) black pudding and topped off with our free range eggs. All of our pork, lamb, chickens and turkeys are sourced locally and our beef is hung for a minimum of 30 days.
